... Portrait ... In drawing portraits I prefer using pencil. The softness of the graphite and the quality of shades one can achieve in this media are the qualities that always reward the attempt. Portraits are done on various types and colours of paper, but mostly on white. I usually do portraits of my friends and family, or on commission. I also do portraits of famous people, on commission only.
