... Total Creation Concept ...

Designer and client are equal parts of the design process. The educational development has to be mutual. Clients teach architects about all the subtleties of different levels of needs, and much more. Architects teach clients about design aesthetics and possibilities. But, nobody is really right here. There is no “one and only” solution for a design problem. Here, to fulfill only “client’s needs” demeaning designing and other skills of an architect, or “artist’s hunger for creation” ignoring the fact that architects are dependent on clients more than vice versa - are just plain phrases. The real meaning is in mutual understanding and tolerance focused on the same purpose: final creative result.
Design and art are highly personal things. Moreover, residential/home design is perhaps the most personal endeavor. Some contemporary mainstream designs are often cold and impersonal, looking alike. They are more then often designs for the sake of designs only, even the most cost effective or functional, even the ones with a “prominent design statement”. Without a personal touch they don’t become "homes", they are only pretty pictures on shiny pages of expensive magazines. They might interact with the Sun, they may be in perfect harmony with the environment – but too often they are paradoxically so remote from people who own/use them! They may seam attractive and pleasant to live in – if we adapt; we might be proud of our life’s progress caused by that amazing design, but should the design make us live or should we be the ones who make the design living? Your personal touch brings life to your living space; artist’s personal touch brings life to design through your personality.
Total creation includes an artist or designer as much as a model or client. Total Creation Concept includes the design of everything in a project by one artist and his client: from the building, through interiors and furniture, to artwork, and everything in between!

To create - means bringing meaning into human life.
Bringing meaning – means total creation
