The building plan is made of almost mirrored halves, with a common entrance resembling a lighthouse tower. The roof has skylights along the middle of both halves of the two units, providing additional light to the upper floors of both. The entry walkway is slightly rotated because of the presence of a tree right in front of the entrance. So is the carport at the back. This all is to add some dynamics into the design.
