The stairway of the right unit leads to a mid level library and reading area, and another flight of stairs to the second level of the unit over a "bridge" above the entry and the living room. An open galleria overlooks the living room below, and connects the bedrooms, bathroom and a walk in closet. The main bedroom has an exit to the balcony. The second unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study room.
