The entry to the right side unit is directly from the "lighthouse" rotunda, with a stairway. At the entry, there is a half bath, and a stairway to a bedroom mid level, for one kid. From the entry, one enters the living room with a fireplace, open floor kitchen and dining area opened to a patio. On the left side, another unit is entered from the hallway that connects the "lighthouse" with the back of the site. The second unit has family and living room on each side of the entry stair. The kitchen with a nook, and the dining area sunken in the floor. A half bath, stacked laundry and hot water is at the back of the unit.
