The building has a dynamic roof line with steps that feature skylights for the upper levels of both units. The most prominent feature however is the entry rotunda, which design was inspired by lighthouses common in the area. The spiral stair inside leads to the glazed upper level viewpoint, which overlooks the front yard and the central hallway separating the units and leading to the back yard.
