The connection between the two existing upgraded stadiums is a small commercial mall with the common areas for the public. It also connects the adjacent existing tennis field converted into a small open skate rink. The access to stadiums is over a wide paved plaza. The pedestrian overpass is leading to the central plaza around where new buildings and one existing arena are located. The new buildings include a complex of tennis fields, an open swimming area on the river banks, and the main focus of the project - a complex of open and covered pools, a grass area and a fitness trail.
