The proposed scheme shows the organization of the functions and movement through the site. Proposed is a commercial connection between the two existing stadiums with a new parking lot between the existing and new parts of the site, a new round plaza adjacent to the existing sport arena, with a complex of new sport objects including the open and covered pools.
