The future plan is presented on an overlay sheet over 1992 conditions, It focuses on densification of the existing residential areas, especially around downtown. This is for the value of agricultural land around the town and slowing down the spread of the development into these areas. Another main proposal is continuing of the river bank improvements, regulating the green areas, controlling the spread of industrial areas into the agricultural lands, all in all, a sustainable development of the town.
